From initial consultation through to making a project live, you will have a single point of contact with a Spex Account Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the project achieves your aims and objectives within budget and to deadline.

Your Account Manager will advise you from the outset on strategy for the web, and take you through the following typical project milestones:

• agreement on project scope and design brief
• drafting of functional specification
• prototyping functionality - this involves working out the priority messages on your site before a look and feel is applied
• first draft designs
• developed project version 1
• signoff amendments
• making project live
• post-live promotion of project
